After a year and a half fight with bile duct cancer, Amy succumbed to the disease on December 16th, 2021. She is survived by her husband Don, daughter Rio, and son Seth.
She loved being a hockey mom, a supportive wife, and homemaker. She took care of her family and friends with a passion and would do anything for them.
She enjoyed watching her kids play ice hockey, planning game nights and holiday parties, listening to 90’s rock music, attending Knights games, and above all else, spending time at the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland.
Amy was able to check many items off her bucket list, such as visiting the Santa Monica pier, checking out the world’s largest Chevron station, having a spa weekend in Mesquite, renewing her vows on her 21st anniversary at a Vegas drive through chapel, and the pinnacle – ride all the rides at Disneyland and California adventure.
Amy will be missed terribly, she was a wonderful wife, a spectacular mom, and a dear friend.
