Betty Jepson
In Loving Memory
On January 29th, 2021 our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister passed away peacefully at the age of 75.
Betty was born on January 19, 1946 in Cedar City, Utah to Donald Eugene and Anna May Halterman and was raised in La Verkin Utah.
A few years later after graduating from Hurricane High School Betty married the love of her life William (Bill) Wright Jepson on January 25th, 1967 in the St. George Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Betty and Bill lived in California for a short time as Bill enlisted in the Navy. After Bill’s service in the Navy, they returned to Utah, and then moved to Las Vegas Nevada where together they raised their family.
Betty was first and foremost a wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She was talented at sewing, cooking, baking, decorating and could organize anything. Betty spent many hours in service to her family and church friends. She was happiest when she was with her family. She loved having her children, their spouses and grandchildren gather, as it always brought much laughter and joy. She was the heart of her family and will be dearly missed.
Betty is Survived by her husband Bill,
five children, Anna Jean Rivera (Shawn), William Troy Jepson (Carrie), Richard Kendall Jepson (Cindy), Darren Ray Jepson (Jennifer), Ellis James Jepson (Karen), 15 grand children and 2 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held February 12, 2021 from 5:30-8:00 pm at 2701 Pebble Road Henderson NV. 89074
A graveside service will be held on February 13, 2021 at the Enterprise UT Cemetery.

Betty always had a smile and good word for everyone even when she was not feeling well. We will always remember the loving care Bill gave his sweet wife. She will be missed, but her many qualities live on through her children and grandchildren. “Families Are Forever.”
