Gary Lee Riley

UntitledSergeant Gary Lee Riley, 69, of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Lancaster, Ohio.  Born May 10, 1945.  Went to his beloved Lord and Savior March 13, 2015 of extended health problems brought on from Agent Orange.
He served his country in the U.S. Army in Vietnam and he received a Bronze Star for his services.
Graduated from Lancaster High School in 1963.
The son of the Late Willard “Bud” Riley and Mary Alice Beery.
He is survived by his best friend and wife, Cathy (Stewart) Riley, son Steve, Stepchildren Troy and Jennifer Rieder and their children Nick, Taylor and Baileigh. Tricia and Jeff Myers and their children, Levi and Donavan.  Mother in Law Mabel Stewart, brother and sister in law, Frank and Marilyn Stewart.
Gary was Preceded in death by his parents, infant brother, father in law Franklin L. Stewart Sr., stepfather Robert C. Berry.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.  At his request, cremation will take place.  Ashes to Ashes, dust to dust.  No ceremony will be held.

  • I love you my “brother from another mother”! Lol! You will always be in my hearthoughts providing me with happy memories of our talks. I miss you. I am sorry for your lose Cathy. My prayers and heart go out to you.
