James Kent Glaser

James Kent Glaser, age 77, passed away suddenly on Dec. 10, 2018 at home. He was a 1967 graduate of San Francisco State College with a BA in creative writing. Writing, ranching and outdoor life were his passion. He raised Akita and Akbash dogs; all animals were his friends. He is survived by his longtime partner, Lynne Matteson, his cousin Cheri Sherwood, 4 dogs, 4 horses, 2 cats, 1 goat and many friends. Services will be held at La Paloma Funeral Services on Dec. 20, 2018 at 3pm. 5301 Longley Lane #E-180 Reno, NV 89511. All friends are welcome.
