Joann (Jo) Phillips Obituary (1938 - 2018)

On August 31st, 2018 heaven gained an angel with the passing of JoAnn (Jo) Phillips. Her sons Thomas & Kenneth Phillips survive her. Jo was a passionate, caring, loving soul who always went the extra mile to show others how special they were. She shared her light by expressing herself through poetry, song lyrics, special hand made cards and a truly it unique spark of energetic humor that will forever be missed. While no services were requested, there will be a special event created and shared on her Face Book Page (Jo Phillips) in the near future.
