John Giaco

John Giaco, age 83, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2015 in Las Vegas, NV. John started boxing at the age of 12 and turned professional at 18 years old, with 25 bouts, winning 22, with 12 by TKO. He decided his future lay in law enforcement and joined the NYPD from 1955-1971. He has been living in Las Vegas since 1991. He is survived by his wife, 8 children, 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. John was a huge animal lover and can now play with the many pets that preceded him in death over the rainbow bridge.

Memorial service will be held at 5PM Saturday, March 21, 2015 at La Paloma Funeral Services 5450 S. Stephanie Street, #110 Las Vegas, NV 89122. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in honor of John to Paws LV, www.pawslv.org
