John Spellman
John Spellman Sr. (48 years old) had a sudden heart attack Wednesday, 7-23-2014 and was taken from us. He leaves behind his wife, Selena, his older kids, Stacey & John Jr, his step kids, Jacob & Hailey, and our youngest daughter Deanna. John was a die-hard Denver Bronco fan and loved to fish whenever he could. He was most happy at home or spending time with his family. During his last few days he took his family out to Lake Mead and was the only 1 out of 5 to catch a “River Monster Catfish” (those were his exact words). He will be missed dearly.

<3 My Hero!!!!! <3
We will all miss him
RIP my dear friend!!! I will always have the memories from growing up together. Winter time sledding and snowball fights, spring and summer playing baseball, football, riding bikes, fishing and of course swimming at Cherry Creek Reservoir. You will forever hold a place in my heart!!! Hugs and prayers to the family!!! Hoping one day to meet all of you and tell you stories of our past when he lived in Colorado and hear all of your stories of your times with John.
I love and miss you uncle John, not a day goes by without me thinking about you. You were a great man who I looked up to. I hope your sitting on the banks fishing with great Grandpa smiling and waiting for us. Love you
