Mr. Traversino once said “life was good and he had pretty much done everything he desired to do in life. virginia and i will miss him. i am glad they got to speak again before mark left us. our hearts are broken….
Mark, may you rest in peace! Surely wish that you could have re-connected in person with all the family and cousins in Aurora, IL, your birthplace. There are tons of 2nd cousins both here in Illinois and in Missouri. The ones in Illinois are Monacos and Reilands, the ones in Missouri are Swensons, Helen Traversino Swenson’s children. Of course, there are married names now, too. Thank God you made a Traversino Family Tree on the internet and it was discovered by accident about 10 years ago. I guess that’s the way we were supposed to connect, as that’s how it happened. At least we connected. Now you’re connecting in Heaven with all those gone before us into eternity! Again rest in peace!
I’ll miss you my friend. We had a lot of good times in the 43 years we knew each other and I am so glad we connected recently and were able to see one another. Love you.
