Michael Dan Britton
Mike left us quietly during the early morning of 4/29/14. Born 3/31/50 in Grand Haven Michigan he had lived in various places across the US, settling in Henderson NV in 1998. He was proud to be a member of the Ironworkers Union retiring in March of 2013, at which time in celebration, he and wife Cathy set off on an RV journey of 16 weeks.
Mike enjoyed fishing, reading, Nascar/drag racing and time with family and friends. Mike’s greatest joy was the amazing love he felt when he became “Pappaw” to grand daughters Deborah and Thalia Britton.
Mike’s final contribution to the world was that of being a donor to help as many as possible.
He is survived by wife Cathy, daughter Stacy Britton (Zac) of Alpine Wy and son Jeremy and daughter-in-law Jennifer of Pahrump.
Life isn’t measured by the number of breaths you take BUT by the number of moments that take your breath away.
