Annetta (Slone) Smith Obituary (1941 - 2021)

Annetta (Slone) Smith died peacefully in her sleep on November 2, 2021 at her son’s home in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was born in Inez, Kentucky to the late Lark and Tennessee (Webb) Slone on March 3, 1941. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband Leroy Smith, her precious daughter Diane (Steve) Berg, youngest brother Lark Daniel Slone and a nephew Lark Eric Slone. She was a caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister with a loving heart who always spoke so kindly and calmly with a sweet spirit about her. She is survived by her son of Las Vegas, Robert (Victoria) Smith, grandchildren, Robert A. Smith, Kenneth Berg, Dusti Leann Smith, Joseph Berg, and Dominique Wilson. She also leaves behind six great grandchildren – Brody, McKenna, Maddix, Blake, Ariana, and Braxton. In addition, she is survived by one brother, Ronnie (Sue) Slone, sister-in-law, Kaye Slone, four nephews, five nieces and many great nephews/nieces Visitation will be Tuesday, November 9, 2021, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The service will begin at 1:00 PM at La Paloma Funeral Services; 2551 South Fort Apache, Las Vegas, Nevada.
