Bonnie Ray (Green) Hughes Obituary (1939 - 2021)

BONNIE RAY (GREEN) HUGHES passed away on July 26, 2021, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Born in Redding, CA, to Reed and Norma Green on August 4, 1939, she is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jerry Hughes, her children, Brian, Lisa (Mark), Lynn (Alicia), and Bert (Jonelle), her 16 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, her brother Tom Green (Cathy), and her sister Linda Isom. Two grandsons preceded her in death. She has been a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints her entire life. She will be sorely missed by the many people who had the good fortune to know her. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. A viewing will be held at 9:00 a.m. (PDT) on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3400 W. Charleston Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada, with the funeral service to follow at 10:30 a.m. She will be interred after a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. (MDT) on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Wasatch Lawn Cemetery, 3401 S. Highland Dr., Salt Lake City, Utah.
