Darlene Marie Manassee

June 7, 1941 – June 25, 2024

Darlene Marie Manassee, 83, of Henderson, Nevada, went home to Jesus on June 25, 2024. Born on June 7, 1941, Darlene lived a life full of love, dedication, and faith.

Darlene is survived by her beloved spouse, Chuck Manassee, with whom she shared 25 wonderful years of marriage. She is also survived by her sister, Pat Gray, and her brother, Les Anderson. Darlene was a loving mother to her children Caren, Cari and husband Wayne, and Cathy and husband David. Her blessings extended to her step-children Michael and wife Cinnette, Michelle and husband Ty, and Lisa. She was a cherished grandmother to Dani and husband Nate, Ryan, Stephanie, Jordyn and husband Colten, Courtney and husband Alex, Brent, Sydney and husband Jacob, Maddie, Alex, Olivia, Catherine, Kyle, Shayden and Easton. Her love extended to her great-grandchildren Logan, Caleb, Micah, Ella, Saydee, Cambree, Weston, Layla, and Ellis, who will all miss her dearly.

Darlene was born in Southern California and grew up in the Venice Beach area. Darlene spent many years working for Northrop until she retired. Chuck and Darlene split their retirement years by first living in Lake Almanor, California, and later moving to Henderson, Nevada. She was passionate about Jesus and her family, loving them with all her heart. Darlene wanted everyone she knew to understand that her family was the light of her life.

Her warmth, faith, and devotion touched the lives of many. Darlene will be missed by many, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She now awaits her family to join her in heaven.
