Las Vegas, Nevada
Jasmin Lozano, affectionately known as Jammy or Jammy Cakes, was a vibrant beam of joy and love in our lives. Born on December 19, 1985, in South LA, she later made her home in Las Vegas, Nevada, where she filled her surroundings with laughter, warmth, and the irresistible aroma of her culinary delights. She was an adventurer at heart, indulging in hiking, soccer games, and explorations of the great outdoors whenever she could. Her supportive, funny, and loving nature was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Jasmin, an Accounts Payable professional in Property Management, was not just an exceptional coworker but a cherished friend whose presence made the workplace more enjoyable.
In the Bible, it is said, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.” (1 Corinthians 13:4). These words echo the essence of Jasmin's loving spirit. She had an unwavering devotion to her faith, having been baptized and completed her first communion. Her love for her family knew no bounds. She was an amazing wife to Ruben Flores, a beacon of love and strength for her children Desteny Salgado, Ariana Salgado, Fabian Flores, and Ethan Flores, and a pillar of support for her parents Guillermo Lozano and Esperanza Cabrera, and her sisters Catherine, Yarie, Zulma, Joana, and Natalie. She was the heart of every family gathering, hosting memorable get-togethers that left everyone with smiles on their faces and warmth in their hearts. Her love for Christmas was infectious, filling her home with the joyous sounds of Christmas music and the enchanting glow of holiday lights. Her love for the color purple was only rivaled by her love for mismatched Christmas socks, a quirk that brought smiles to everyone's faces.
Jasmin was not just an extraordinary mother, wife, daughter, and sister but an aunty of 17, who filled everyone’s lives with her infectious laughter, her fantastic cooking, and her all-encompassing love. She loved music and dancing, reading, and spending hours on the phone chatting with her sisters. She was a fantastic cook who loved planning and hosting the family's Thanksgiving gatherings. Her zest for life, love for her family, and her unwavering faith were an inspiration to us all.
We invite everyone to share their cherished memories of Jasmin, upload photos, and celebrate the joyous life she lived on the memorial page. Let us remember her not with tears but with smiles and laughter, just like she would have wanted.
