Jerome Urban

Jerome (Jerry) Urban passed away peacefully December 12 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Maria of 65 years. Devoted father of the Elizabeth Urban, Joan (Chuck) Lenz and the late Jerrilynn Urban. Wonderful and loving grandfather to Stephanie (Justin) Urban-Cudebec, Joseph Adamson, Louis Pontillo Jr, and Samantha Adamson. Great grandfather to Aislyn Cudebec.

Proceeded in death by his twin brother James (Marge) Urban.

The Chicago native was an avid bowler and Cubs fan. Proud member of the American Legion Post 0342, St. Charles, Illinois.
