Michael R. Mcguire

Age 58, passed away suddenly in Reno on Thursday, February 15th, 2018. Michael was born 1/10/1960 in Concord, CA. Michael was the first born son of Suzanne Rodgers Swindall and Jerry McGuire. Michael attended Concord Elementary, Glenbrook Jr. High School and Mt. Diablo High School. Michael loved all sports in school and was involved with many softball teams afterwards at the tournament level. Michael was married in 1987 to Patricia Boylan and they had one son. He will be deeply missed by his beloved son Casey McGuire, loving mother, Suzanna Rodgers Swindall, loving sister, Kim McGuire Bringman, loving brother, Robert Swindall and half brothers, Jerry McGuire Jr. and Chance McGuire. Loving aunt Linda Obrien and uncle Jimmy Brian. Adored cousin’s, Sloane and Brad Jorgenson and family.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, James and June Brian who meant the world to Michael and his uncle Bill Rodgers.

A mass is being held in his honor at Queen of All Saints Church in Concord on April 5th, 2018 at 11am with a reception immediately following in the Parish Hall.
