Patrick Arthur Brennan

Born 6.28.1955

Died 8.20.2023

68 Years

Patrick passed on at home after a brief illness.

Patrick and his twin sister, Colleen, were born in Los Angeles and spent early years in Gardena, CA.  In 1968 the family moved to Millbrae, CA.  He attended Mills High School where he played both football and baseball.  After graduating in 1973, he went on to earn a degree from S.F. State University.  He worked for Clorox as a national sales Manager for many years.  Pat loved sports and learned to Scuba dive, play golf, and practiced marshal arts.  He also was very good at wood working.  His last project was a bird house he made for his fiancé, Dianne.  He installed it shortly before his death.  Pat was an avid fisherman and made trips to Alaska for fishing.  Spending a day on the water fishing with good friends gave him immense pleasure.  Pat also loved animals.  He wouldn’t kill mice, instead he captured them in humane traps and drove them into to the desert to turn loose.  He also fed the lizards in the backyard and they would show up when he was out there.

In 2016, Pat moved with Dianne to Reno and purchased his dream boat where he spent many happy hours.  Pat was passionate about helping alcoholics get sober and regain their lives.  He wanted them to live happy, joyous and free.  Everything Pat did he gave 100% of himself.  He was loved and respected by many.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard Brennan and Elizabeth Buckner and his wife Susie Broderick.  He is survived by his twin Sister Colleen Brennan and cousins Barbara Wodwod and Margarita Daniel as well as cousins Kathy, Karen and John.

Patrick was a kind, loving and giving person.  He will be missed and remembered by many.
