Pete Cabrera Santos

DOD: June 3, 2017
Pete C. Santos was born on July 27, 1923 in the Philippines and emigrated from there to the United States in 1979.
A resident of Reno, Nevada since 1984, he loved his job at Circus Circus, family parties, Filipino cuisine, donating money to the Western Village and sadly, the Sacramento Kings.
But his greatest love was the love he had for his children; so much so that he decided to have twelve of them.
Robert F. Kennedy said “The purpose of life is to contribute in some way to making things better.” With twelve children, thirty-six grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren, Pete, you certainly made things better.
Pete is survived by his children; Minera, Joven, Welly, Lorna, Tony, Lolita, Sylvia, Vilma, Nelson, and Eden. He is predeceased by his wife, Conception, his daughter, Linda, and his son, Regulo.
