Phyllis Ann Landers

Phyllis Ann Landers 84, of Las Vegas, passed away January 3rd, 2019, with her family by her side. She is proceeded in death by her Father Alfred Dixon, Mother Cloretta Dixon, Brothers Lowell Haskins, Ed Dixon, Gordon Kirby, Harold Kirby, Paul Bryant, Rick Dixon. And her grandson, Tyler Landers.

She is survived by her brothers, Fred Dixon, Larry Dixon, Jim Dixon and Sisters, Alfretta Ellis, Judy Bryant and Sue Jones. Her daughters, Sue Landers & Bonita Garside. Her sons Robbie Landers and Terry Landers and her 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, who absolutely adored her.

Phyllis was a devoted and loving mother.  She was very proud of her family and was excited to become a “Granny”. Phyllis loved holidays and family get-togethers; any chance to spend time with her family was important to her.  She would always make her famous banana pudding. Phyllis thought her greatest legacy was her children, grandchildren and all her great-grandchildren.

Phyllis possessed such a contagious smile and feisty yet good and entertaining sense of humor. She could light up a room just with her smile and laughter. Throughout her life she maintained a sweet and simple demeanor that won the trust and hearts of many, who even now are being changed by her witness of constant nurturing love and faith. Her signature gift of joy, shown through her constant smiling, laughter, and joking around, will never be forgotten. She will be missed immensely by all who knew and loved her.

Celebration of life for our Beloved Mother will take place on Saturday January 26th at 3pm, at 1719 Ridosh Circle North Las Vegas NV 89032.
We would like to ask everyone to bring a dish you would like to share. We will be letting off purple balloons in memory of Our Mother during the celebration.
