Robert Boskovich
Robert Boskovich passed away suddenly on August 25th, 2017 in Reno, NV with his wife, family, and friends at his side. He was 67 years young. Bob “Bosko” was born in Anaconda, Montana on September 16th, 1949 to William and Eileen Boskovich and lived there up until his early adulthood. He attended Anaconda High School and went on to Eastern Montana College where he received his Bachelor of Science in Education in Billings, Montana in 1976. He taught Social Sciences in Anaconda until he moved to Reno, NV in the 1980’s where he worked as a bartender at John Ascuaga’s Nugget. In 1986, he married the love of his life, Anna, and together they started their adventure living in Florida, Las Vegas, and Reno. They enjoyed life thoroughly together and spent time fishing, golfing, hiking, and being with family and friends. Bob developed deep friendships in all of the places he called home, but he held his home state of Montana deep in his heart and returned there often to see many of his closest friends. Bob had a great recall of memories and loved to share them. He was an avid college sports fan and loved his Oakland A’s. Bob is survived by his wife, Anna (Yup), sister, Frannie (Miller) and husband Kirt, cousin, Lila Peterson and nephew Willie Rouse. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Marinell, and niece, Marlo Rouse. Bob touched the souls of many and will be cherished in our memories. A celebration of life will be determined at a later time. Please send condolences to: www.lapalomafuneralservices.
