Rose absolutely adored her husband Jerry and the two were married for 65 years prior to Jerry’s passing in 2016. Rose was also a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Rose was kind, thoughtful, friendly, and most importantly strong. Rose was as tough as they come, even a little feisty, but she didn’t have a mean bone in her body. Rose also adored her sister Joan who is 13 years younger. Rose and Joan were as close as two sisters could be. Rose treated everyone like family and made people’s lives better. Rose lit up every room she walked in to with her contagious smile and laughter. Rose loved hosting and attending social events to spend time with the people she loved. Rose was truly one of a kind and she will be missed dearly by all who knew her. Rose moved from California to Las Vegas in 2020 to be close to her oldest son, John, and his family.  Celebrations of her life will be held on May 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at La Paloma Funeral Home, 2551 N. Two words to describe Rose are fun & energetic. She truly was one of a kind and the best sister Joan could ever have had. Rest in peace Rose.
