Sharon Luana Lui
Sharon Luana Lui, Mom/Ma/Mommy/Mama, 75, of Las Vegas, NV, transitioned to her heavenly home at 1:45 in the morning on March 16, 2023. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, on April 22, 1947 to Cornelius and Elizabeth Zablan. She was married to Filipo Lex Lui.
Sharon loved spending time with her family and always talked about how all her grandchildren and great grandchildren would run up to her saying Mama, Mama. She coached her children and grandchildren’s softball and baseball teams. When she wasn’t coaching, she was their #1 fan cheering them on from the sidelines. Sharon enjoyed dancing, going to the casinos, doing word puzzles and listening to & singing Hawaiian & Samoan music. She also liked snacking on Fritos, Ritz Crackers or Popcorn while watching action movies or her favorite tv shows like Blue Bloods, Law and Order or the Game Show channel to name a few. And she had a great passion for cooking from Hawaiian style beef stew to Filipino pork adobo, Sharon could throw down in the kitchen.
Although she drove her daughter Victoria bonkers, she is sorely and deeply missed. We are grateful to God for the 75 years of priceless moments with Mom and those moments are forever in our hearts. We know Mom is dancing on the streets of gold with Jesus and our family members who also went to heaven, cooking up a delicious feast for everyone to enjoy and cheering us on from heaven. We miss and love you so much Ma. A hui hou!
