In a short time that he was given here on earth. He lived his best life everyday. From graduating to serving his country in the Army, to meeting his best friend & wife Raynelle on Moloka’i, to working hard & building their lives together. He was the best dad to his kids & the best papa to his grand babies, he loved traveling & taking spontaneous adventures. He loved being outdoors. He loved family gatherings, enjoyed having a few beers, laughing & cracking jokes. But most of all, he loved & adored his wife, his kids & grandchildren.
He was one of the best, that was taken sudden & too soon.
His memories, his legacy, his best life will live on forever through us, his ohana.
He will never be forgotten for the great man he was in our lives.
Until we meet again my love❤️

I’m extremely saddened to hear that Steve had passed, he was a true gentleman and the best operator that I ever had the privilege to work with. I was one of Steve’s foreman at Flippins trenching and he always did great work whatever the task. He was always pleasant to be around and he was always a man that was proud of who he was. He was the cleanest operator on the planet too, his hoe was always clean and I remember any time that I borrowed his machine that it was so clean, he always had air freshener in the air vents too! I new he served his country and we thank him for his service. He is one of the good ones and I’ll never forget his friendship!! Love you my brother.
