Tammy Kay McElvany
Former Culinary Union worker and native Vegan Tammy Kay McElvany, formerly known as Tammy Kay Janz, passed away on June 27, 2011, at her home in southeast Las Vegas. She was a loving wife, mother, devoted daughter, and strong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Tammy Kay was born November 8, 1970, in Fontana, California. She is survived by her parents Barry and Linda Janz, her husband Robert McElvany, her daughters Krystal, Melissa, and Monique, her son Robert, her grandchildren Alyssa, Evan, and Kaliah, her older sister Tabitha Harrington, her younger brother Gregory Janz and his wife Michelle, as well as her loving nieces and nephews Eden and Josh Harrington, Samantha and Michael Janz, and many more nieces and nephews.
She will be truly missed and forever loved.
The family invites everyone who wishes to say their final goodbyes by attending the viewing scheduled Friday, July 1, 2011, at La Paloma Funeral Services located at 5450 Stephanie Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89122 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 2, 2011, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 2285 Treeline Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89142.

Beloved Daughter grew into a wonderful young woman, My heart goes out to her Mother, Linda sister Tabitha and her family. She was much loved and will be missed. Dad Haney
