I am grateful to have met such a great and kind man. He always had wise words for me and my son. Loved talking life, baseball and golf with him. He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten. I take comfort in knowing his sons. They carry his legacy and spirit in a way I know he will be proud of. Rest in peace Taylor B Spriggs Jr.
Taylor, or Pops, to me was the man. The epitome of what every man should be. He made every kid he met his own. He will be greatly missed but always remembered. Love you Pops and thank you for all your love
Thank you for being a man of your word. That will take you many places money won’t. I wish I could have met him face to face. May Allah greet him at heavens gate forgive him for his sins, and Grant him his great reward for it is from Allah we came and to him we must return. Ameen. My condolences to our family with much love and respect.
Thinking the best for Springs family. Always remember the memories of our life is in our hearts.

Thank You
Poppa Spriggs , My Man. He was an unbelievable man. I got to first meet him when I met his son Taylor. Taylor coached baseball with me at Bishop Gorman. I knew the first second I shook his hand that he would be a life long family of mine. He came to every practice, game, tournaments, functions. He loved baseball. Even when Taylor left Bishop Gorman to be with his Second newborn, Poppa Spriggs always came to practice and games. He was part of our family. We loved him. Him and I would have great talks about his life growing up, and all the things he had to go through. Made me understand a lot clearer on life. He experienced a lot of things sometimes we don’t see, but hear about. I feel that made him the strong man he was. He was proud. He loved his family with all his life. I will miss him deeply. I know one thing, he is definitely up in heaven meeting my father for the first time, and I do believe they will be best friends.
Love You Poppa “ My Man “ Spriggs

The best roommate of all time. Papa Spriggs will go down as a true American that loved his family more than anything. All he wanted was to be with his three kids and grandkids. He pulled no punches if you weren’t pulling your weight on the field, in the dugout or in life. He had a smile that lit up Kansas City all the way to Las Vegas especially when his kids and grandkids were around. I learned a lot about life from one of the greatest whoever did it. I will always smile when thinking of you “Pops”, and I will always have a friendship and love for all of your family. The Stoner family will always love you!!!
Just like a Dad to me
