William Edward Shillig

William Edward Shillig passed away peacefully at his home in Mesquite, Nevada on August 18, 2013. He was born on September 13, 1928 to Esther and William George Shillig in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In life he is survived by his wife of 38 years Carolyn Shillig, 5 sons, 3 daughters, 50 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren. He completed high school at Kirkwood High St. Louis, Missouri and continued his education with a BS degree in animal husbandry from Cal Poly, in Ca. Received his Master’s Degree from Colorado State in Administration Vocational Education Supervision. He was a member of Arizona Masonic Lodge #2 and was an educator and machinist for over 60 years. His greatest joy and pride was love of family.

    It is with a heavy heart I write this. I am very saddened to hear of Bill’s death Great memories of Bill will always remain in my heart. He was a very special and wonderful man. Loved forever.
